Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Nashville to lead mechanical efforts from concept through construction. You will mentor junior staff, manage project schedules, and communicate with clients while coordinating with other in-house disciplines.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, a minimum of 10 years in an A/E consulting environment, and strong technical expertise in mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• PE license (Professional Engineer) is required.
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and leading teams.
