Job summary

Thomas Young Group is a multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a senior mechanical engineer to lead the design and development of HVAC, plumbing, and energy systems across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional projects. You will oversee from concept through construction, ensuring designs meet technical standards, budgets, and schedules.

You will collaborate with architects and other engineers, mentor junior staff, and communicate design solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in the US construction industry.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable managing projects and teams while staying organised.

Responsibilities
