We Are Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Office Lead to Join Our Team in Nashville, TN. Has An Amazing Culture That Focuses On Our Employees’ Career Development And Opportunities To Work On Spectacular Projects

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a leader in the department and will supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development. You may also be responsible for all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction, with the benefit of in-house coordination with multiple other disciplines. You will lead the project in all facets by interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome. provides training at all levels.

Qualifications You’ll Need

• Degree in the area of expertise
• PE
• 10+ years of experience in an A/E environment
• Demonstrated success in managing projects
• Engineering expertise in the field and knowledge of parallel fields

This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week onsite.
