About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Engineer to take the lead in building and shaping the engineering function of their new office from the ground up.

This is a rare chance to be the first senior hire on-site, with genuine ownership, strategic influence, and the entrepreneurial freedom to define the engineering culture, processes, and technical direction from day one.

You’ll have the exciting challenge of combining startup-style autonomy with the stability and resources of an established, well-funded organization. The projects are impactful, technically challenging, and offer significant scope for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of the Indianapolis engineering team.
• Shape technical direction, workflows, and team culture.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality, complex MEP projects.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent as the team grows.
