Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automation and assembly projects from design through commissioning and production release. This role is based in Dudley, MA and requires onsite work.

The position is a 6-month contract (potential temp-to-perm) at 40 hours per week, with a pay rate of $60/hr on a W-2 basis. Start is ASAP, with industry experience in automation and manufacturing highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong PLC programming - Ladder Logic & Structured Text.
• HMI development and machine controls.
• 6-axis robotics programming/integration.
• 3D CAD / SOLIDWORKS.
• Electromechanical systems and automated assembly.
• Sensors, robotics, conveyors, and machine design.
• High-volume manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Experience with Fanuc, Denso, or YuMi is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma/SPC and machine vision experience is a plus.
