Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automation and assembly projects from design through commissioning and production release in Dudley, MA. This is a 6-month contract, 100% onsite, with a 40-hour work week and $60/hr pay on W-2.

Ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 7+ years' experience with PLCs, HMI, robotics, SOLIDWORKS, and high-volume manufacturing. Experience with Fanuc, Denso, or YuMi is a plus; Lean Six Sigma and machine vision are welcome.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
• Proficient PLC programming: Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
• Experience in HMI development and machine controls.
• 6-axis robotics programming and integration.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD using SOLIDWORKS.
• Electromechanical systems and automated assembly knowledge.
• Familiar with sensors, conveyors, and machine design.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Experience with Fanuc, Denso, or YuMi is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma/SPC and machine vision experience is a plus.
