Lead the design, development, testing, and validation of customizable power distribution and monitoring products, including customer-specific adaptations and support for product commercialization. Coordinate testing and standards compliance, collaborate with production, quality, purchasing, and certification organizations, and mentor and review the work of other engineers and drafters.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology and 4-7 years of experience as a mechanical design engineer or in a similar role. Candidates should have advanced integrated design expertise, including simulation, 3D modeling, GD&T, DFM, materials, and manufacturing processes, along with project management, communication, customer satisfaction, and applicable standards knowledge; travel up to 10% may be required.
