Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to balance technical rigor with development speed in a fast-paced NPD environment.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical product and process technologies.
• Ability to develop, evaluate, select, and implement state-of-the-art solutions.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred), GD&T, FMEA/DFMEA, and design review practices.
• Experience modeling, predicting, and validating system performance.

Responsibilities
