Global Engineering & Technology, Inc. (GET) supports vital national security work at LANL as a Mechanical Designer responsible for checking design definitions and ensuring producibility. The on-site role requires Creo CAD, GD&T, MBD, and PLM expertise, with an emphasis on delivering expert results under minimal supervision.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in engineering and 8 years of related mechanical design experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain DOE Q clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Science, Math or related field with 8 years of related mechanical design experience.
• Experience with Creo 3D CAD, GD&T, and MBD
• U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain DOE clearance (Q)
• Experience with ASME Y14 standards (Y14.5-2009, Y14.41 MBD)
• Experience with PLM and hardware design processes

Mansioni

• Check design definitions using Creo 3D CAD and GD&T.
• Guide design teams through iterations to address defects.
• Deliver expert results with minimal direction.
