Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Mechanical Design Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing reliable, cost-effective mechanical products and systems. You will guide technical decisions, oversee design reviews, manage priorities and resources, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree, strong design expertise, and proven leadership delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading design reviews and evaluating engineering calculations.
• Proven engineering leadership and team development experience.
• Track record delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Experience with design validation, DFMEA, and applying relevant standards.
