Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in mechanical design engineering with leadership growth.
• Hands-on hardware development, assembly, and testing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct Management: lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
• Establish engineering best practices and long-term technical vision.
• Prepare for transition to Engineering Director within 1–3 years.
• Drive projects from concept to production, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and stakeholders.
• Oversee design, qualification, prototyping, testing, and DFM/ DFA initiatives.
