Process Equipment & Controls, LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead end-to-end design of sophisticated mechanical systems, driving performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

You will oversee large projects, set technical direction, and collaborate across electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to deliver on schedule and budget. You will mentor engineers, manage multiple programs, and ensure quality through rigorous analyses, testing, and design reviews,

Formación

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional mechanical development efforts.
• Proficiency in CAD platforms such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD; CAD/CAM workflows.
• Strong background in advanced design, analysis, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership, project management, and communication capabilities.
• Track record of handling multiple concurrent initiatives across the product lifecycle.
• Experience with ISO and ASME standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end design of sophisticated mechanical systems and products, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Oversee large engineering projects, ensuring specifications, schedules, and costs are met.
• Set technical direction and solve complex engineering issues with sound judgment and data.
• Plan and conduct advanced analyses and verification testing to validate designs.
• Approve drawings, models, and prototypes, ensuring compliance with standards and manufacturability.
• Partner closely with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams; engage clients and suppliers to drive program success.
• Coach junior and mid-level engineers in best practices, reviews, and design techniques.
• Champion continuous improvement and stay on top of modern mechanical engineering trends and tools.
