Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of turbine design/manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with ANSYS Workbench.
• Leadership or mentorship experience as Senior Design Engineer.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design gas turbine rotating parts - shafts, disks and spools.
• Understand manufacturing processes of rotating parts.
• Lead third party design consultants for detailed design.
• Maintain compliance with engineering codes and standards.
• Interface as technical authority with service teams for gas turbine components.
