You will mature concepts with drawings, calculations, and supplier collaboration to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years of engineering experience, strong CAD skills (Catia), and the ability to lead project teams with limited supervision.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years engineering experience in Power Products or Powersports.
• Ability to guide small development teams and communicate with staff/management.

Mansioni

• Generate high-level drawings using Catia to meet specifications.
• Facilitate prototype generation, engineering estimates, supplier negotiations, and mass production specs.
• Support on-site prototype builds and collaborate with researchers on test concerns and countermeasures.
• Drive project teams to meet targets, coordinate resources, and manage milestones.
