Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in Power Products or Powersports.
• Strong ability to guide small development teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate high level drawings representing key technologies to meet specs.
• Drive prototype generation, engineering estimates, and supplier negotiations.
• Coordinate mass production specifications and cost targets.
• Support on-site prototype builds and collaboration with research teams.
• Lead small project teams to meet development milestones.
