Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with design of mechanical systems.
• Experience in power generation, nuclear power or government (DOE) projects.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• US Citizenship required due to Federal Contract Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality engineering documents: accurate drawings, sketches, calculations, and analyses.
• Develop engineering documents aligned with client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry codes, safety culture, and nuclear design practices.
• Produce deliverables that meet QA standards and project scope.
• Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and results.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated designs.
• Be hands-on in the field: travel to plant sites and perform on-site assessments.
