Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery in Milwaukee seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Development. Lead design and development of new products, ensuring technical integrity and performance to meet customer requirements.

The role requires 7+ years in product development, strong mechanical design, 3D CAD/FEA, verification, testing, and cross-functional leadership across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product development engineering experience
• Strong mechanical design & analysis skills including 3D CAD, FEA, material selection, DFM/DFA
• Deep verification & testing experience with test plans and lab/certification bodies
• Proven technical project leadership to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong cross-functional communicator across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new products and improvements to existing products
• Maintain technical integrity of designs including performance, quality, reliability, and verification
• Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot complex system issues and improve product designs
• Develop, execute, and document verification test plans and specifications
• Coordinate testing with internal/external labs and certification bodies
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor engineering staff
