Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills, methodical approach, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet needs and generate innovative mechanical concepts and system architectures.
• Lead material and process selection for plastic parts, gears and subsystems.
• Design components with emphasis on safety, reliability, value, and durability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate tooling and cost tradeoffs.
