Job summary

Epstein Architecture, Engineering and Construction seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead HVAC design within an MEP team. The role emphasizes BIM coordination, code compliance, and collaboration across disciplines for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of design experience, a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, and strong REVIT proficiency to develop technically sound solutions and construction documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm.
• HVAC design experience including airside ductwork and hydronic piping distribution; knowledge of codes.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for various facilities in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Coordinate with other building design disciplines and work within BIM environments.
• Utilize REVIT and industry software to develop design and construction documents.
