Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in engineering and related roles.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required within a year if not registered in Washington, Idaho, or Oregon.
• Experience providing leadership and oversight on engineering design and project management.

• Lead and manage project teams throughout all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout.
• Perform specialized engineering assignments for water conveyance and storage infrastructure.
• Build client relationships and pursue new work opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Team.
