Lee Company in Madison, AL is seeking a seasoned Mechanical Superintendent to lead multiple trades on complex construction projects. You will direct on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, and keep the project on schedule while driving quality and productivity.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years of multi-trade Superintendent experience, knowledge of design-build mechanical processes, and a proven ability to train field personnel, hire and coach staff, and apply effective

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of related experience.
• Multi-trade experience with prior Superintendent work.
• Knowledge of design-build mechanical construction processes.
• Experience designing and delivering training to field personnel.
• Experience hiring, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct work while leading Superintendents and reports.
• Address performance, reward and discipline, and resolve problems.
• Ensure safety, schedules, and productivity of labor on site.
• Direct onsite personnel and subcontractors per policies and laws.
• Maintain project progress and quality through effective leadership.
