Job summary

Rosso Recruiting in Orlando is seeking a Project Manager – Mechanical Construction to own projects from hand-off to closeout, managing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality with field teams and customers.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, with autonomy and a strong earning upside via bonuses up to $200K. The role offers a base salary of $100K–$110K and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design/project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Working knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials, methods, and financial management.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work in the field, including lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end — from hand-off and kick-off through closeout
• Set up and manage project budgets, costs, and monthly financial reviews
• Lead safety, quality, and submittals throughout the project
• Negotiate vendor/subcontractor agreements and manage payables/receivables
• Keep budget and scope aligned through change management
• Handle close-out documentation and coordinate start-up/commissioning
• Build strong relationships with your team, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
