Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC in Lenexa, Kansas seeks a Mechanical Construction Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive on-time, on-budget delivery. This role requires strong leadership of field teams, subcontractors, and vendors, with a focus on safety and contract compliance.

The successful candidate will bring extensive mechanical construction PM experience, travel regularly to sites and offices, and oversee budgets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED; a Bachelor's in construction or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• At least five years of mechanical field experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 10 years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, safety and legal requirements.
• Oversee project coordination, scheduling, and construction activities.
• Monitor project accounting and profitability and maintain client relations.
