Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. You will manage project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client relationships while leading project teams toward successful delivery.

You will coordinate with owners, GC partners, engineers, and vendors, ensuring procurement, forecasting, quality, safety, and risk management are aligned for profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience with a proven track record managing complex commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and financial management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects including budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
• Oversee procurement, project forecasting, quality, safety, and risk management.
• Drive accountability, resolve challenges, and ensure project profitability.
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
