Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC seeks a Mechanical Construction Manager – Senior Consultant to lead the planning, procurement, and field execution of high-purity piping systems for data centers, semiconductor facilities, and cleanrooms. You will manage pre-construction through turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 10+ years of piping/project management experience, strong knowledge of ASME B31.3/BPE, and hands-on use of AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, and related

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of relevant experience in mechanical construction or piping for critical facilities.
• Strong background in high-purity piping and cleanroom practices (UPW, GMP/ISO considerations).
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for process and high-purity piping scopes and budgets.
• Develop schedules and look-ahead plans aligning manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with design/engineering to review P&IDs, isometrics, BIM models, and resolve RFIs.
