Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC in Amarillo, TX seeks a Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of high-purity piping for data centers, semiconductor facilities, and cleanrooms. This role oversees the full lifecycle from pre-construction through turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with design teams, manage schedules, and drive quality and compliance with ASME B31.3/BPE and related standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant piping/ construction experience.
• Strong understanding of high-purity piping and cleanroom practices.
• Proficient in design and project management software.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
• Knowledge of ASME B31.3/BPE and related codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for process piping and UPW systems.
• Develop and maintain detailed piping schedules and look‑ahead plans.
• Coordinate with design/engineering to review P&IDs and isometrics.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for piping materials.
• Manage trade partners and field crews in cleanrooms and data halls.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project standards (B31.3, BPE).
• Plan inspections and testing, manage turnover packages.
