Job summary

Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction projects across assignments. You will manage field teams, coordinate with project managers, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes reporting, site logistics, and collaboration with subcontractors to deliver complex industrial and commercial projects while upholding Mullins' high standards of craftsmanship and client service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a construction Senior Superintendent or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project for project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and/or multiple smaller project teams.
• Collaborate with the PM to maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training.
• Conduct annual or more frequent direct report employee reviews.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to provide technical guidance during bidding.
• Ensure Mullins’ quality standards are met and report any deficiencies.
• Assist PM in purchasing take-offs and project consumables.
• Review project documents and attend hand-off meetings.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are enforced daily.
• Organize weekly project meetings with Foremen and subcontractors.
• Track progress of Foremen and subcontractors to ensure performance.
• Attend close-out meetings and document lessons learned.
