Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite construction across projects, ensuring safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes coordinating daily operations, scheduling, training, and stakeholder communication.

You will manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects, lead/participate in project meetings, and ensure adherence to Mullins’ safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Superintendent for a trade Mullins self-performs or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified team.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain project schedules.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Conduct direct report employee reviews annually or as needed.
• Collaborate with estimating to provide technical guidance during bidding.
