• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Advanced experience deploying and supporting complex mechanical automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support of complex mechanical automation systems.
• Own complete automation solutions and major product-family implementations.
• Establish and improve standards for automation development, configuration logic, and data management.
• Lead implementation using CAD, APIs, scripting, PDM, and PLM.
• Guide teams in creating automation-ready product structures and reusable rules.
• Lead automation-readiness assessments and validation plans.
• Analyze workflows and system health to prioritize improvements and investments.
• Resolve complex automation and integration issues with durable corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Evaluate automation technologies and governance practices to advance capability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across projects.
