Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross functional teams to educate others and provide customer service.
• Cuts, slices, grinds, and wraps meat products to specification, ensuring safety and quality.
• Uses handheld tools to drive sales and monitor product quality and inventory.
• Maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Assists customers with purchasing decisions and proper packaging.
• Follows company policies and upholds high standards of ethics and integrity.
