Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member – Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert – Maintains knowledge of meat products, equipment, and backroom operations; cuts, slices, wraps meat per specs and ensures safety and sanitation.
• Be a Techie – Uses handheld devices to drive sales and improve the shopping experience and product quality.
• Be an Owner – Drives business results, maintains a clean, compliant work area, and ensures proper packaging and labeling of products.
