Qualifications

• Processes meat according to specifications: cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping.
• Leverages handheld technology to drive sales and ensure product quality.
• Maintains sanitation, inventory, and proper packaging, labeling, and storage.
• Supports profitability and adheres to company policies and standards.
