Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat per specifications.
• Maintain in-stock levels and monitor product freshness.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards in backroom and display areas.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and proper packaging.
• Operate and sanitize equipment; utilize handheld tech for tasks.
