You will operate and sanitize equipment, use handheld devices for real-time decisions, and contribute to inventory management while focusing on waste reduction and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver value to Sam's Club members.
• Collaborate with associates to ensure accuracy of meat products.
• Maintain proper in-stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping).
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance in the backroom and case.
