Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, delivering strong customer service.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage while ensuring product availability for members.
• Process meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping) and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, monitor production, and support training and product quality.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and ensure meat merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
