Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• I acknowledge that the position requires me to successfully complete all job trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross functional teams and educates others on tools, tasks and resources, and provides customer service.
• Be an Expert: maintains knowledge of meat products, equipment, sanitation, inventory and backroom operations.
• Be a Techie: uses handheld technology to drive sales and support product quality and training.
• Be an Owner: drives profitability, ensures high quality meat, proper packaging and labeling.
