Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with cross functional teams, guide others, provide customer service and manage stock and shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: knowledge of meat types, handling, and backroom operations; process meat to specifications.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to support sales, training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: drive profitability, maintain standards, assist customers with purchases, and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote high-quality service and train others as needed.
