• Maintains in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment and backroom operations; processes meat according to specs and ensures food safety standards.
• Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drives business results and maintains a clean, organized work area and proper packaging of products.
• Advocates for the department and supports associates with purchasing decisions and training.
