You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources to improve service. The position requires 6 months in a fresh production environment, must be 18+, and successful completion of required trainings.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be able to successfully complete all trainings and assessments.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Be an Expert: knowledge of meat types, seasonality, and backroom operations.
• Process meat according to specifications including cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping.
• Operate and sanitize equipment, maintain sanitation and inventory controls.
