Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Cut, slice, grind, and prepare meat products according to specifications.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper rotation according to company standards.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Assist members with product selection and provide expert recommendations.
