Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a fresh production department.
• Ability to cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specifications.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meat department operations to drive sales.Collaborate with teammates to maintain product quality and in-stock levels.
• Operate and sanitize meat processing equipment and tools.
• Use handheld devices or tools to support production decisions and product quality.
• Assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
