Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in fresh meat production or processing.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass trainings.
• Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind, and wrap meat products per specifications.
• Maintain sanitation, inventory, and shrinkage controls.
