Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicates with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of store floor operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and meat cutting/wrapping to maintain product quality.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld tools to aid decisions, adapt to new digital tools, and support sales and training.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area, ensures quality and date control, secures items, and assists customers with purchasing decisions.
