Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges completion of required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage; ensure quality and safety in meat products.
• Operate cutting, slicing, grinding and wrapping equipment to meet specifications and standards.
• Leverage handheld technology to support production decisions, training and product quality.
