Job summary

Sam's Club in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Senior Meat Cutter to drive sales and deliver high quality meat products to members. You will cut, slice, grind and wrap meat according to specifications while maintaining food safety and sanitation.

You will collaborate with team members, educate colleagues on tools and procedures, and help manage inventory, in-stock levels, and shrinkage. Minimum 6 months in a fresh production environment; must be 18+; training completion required.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience working in a fresh production department.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete all required trainings and assessments successfully.

Responsibilities

• Cut, slice, grind and wrap meat products to specifications.
• Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks and resources; provide customer service.
• Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance in all operations.
• Operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; collaborate with team.
