Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking a Manager - Northeast Measurement Operations to lead a team of measurement technicians across multiple facilities, ensuring safe, accurate, and compliant gas measurement. You will set schedules, oversee data integrity, and drive projects and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), 8+ years in pipeline measurement operations and strong leadership, communication, and problem solving.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage crews at multiple locations and multiple tasks on a daily basis.
• Solid communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead towards operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and leadership to area measurement technicians and facilities to ensure the safe, accurate and efficient operations of all equipment and systems.
• Set work schedules and delegate assignments for Measurement team.
• Maintain accurate gas measurement facilities and manage lost and unaccounted product.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of measurement data each month.
• Respond to requests from internal and external customers for measurement data information.
• Assist with developing Capital and O&M expense budgets based on staffing, resource requirements, cost estimates, objectives and goals.
• Work with the Technical Services Manager and team to resolve complex measurement data problems.
• Provide engineering and operations services relating to all aspects of interconnect facilities and other field projects including: cost estimating, measurement design, contract review, and construction management.
• Responsible for regulatory compliance and act as a company representative during DOT inspections.
• Provides training to make full use of individual capabilities and to meet changing system demands.
