Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Measurement Analyst I requires 0–2 years in energy measurement.
• Measurement Analyst II requires 3–5 years in energy measurement.
• Sr Measurement Analyst requires 5+ years in energy measurement.
• Strong mathematical skills to identify discrepancies during month-end close.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; ability to adapt to changing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to minimize unaccounted-for pipeline results through analyzed data.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers on measurement data.
• Maintain measurement database and historical volumetric and gas quality information.
• Maintain records of measurement reports for contracts and litigation.
• Collaborate with field operations to balance the pipeline accurately.
• Ensure integrity of electronic flow measurement (EFM) data and resolve data exceptions.
• Work with IT on enhancements or new software for measurement apps.
• Identify data issues and propose corrective solutions.
• Process PPAs to adjust measurement data from prior periods.
• Write and revise measurement procedures and provide training.
