IntelliBee is seeking a Measles Epidemiologist in Indianapolis, IN to provide epidemiologic expertise and leadership across disease topics. You will support local health departments, healthcare providers, and the public through surveillance, investigations, and applied studies.

You will design descriptive and analytical studies, manage data, prepare reports, and present findings to partners. Travel and staff development responsibilities are included.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in public health or related field required
• 10+ years of public health experience may substitute for degree
• Experience in epidemiology and biostatistics required

Aufgaben

• Maintain current knowledge of epidemiology and biology of diseases and public health topics.
• Provide epidemiologic consultation to local health departments and providers.
• Lead or coordinate epidemiologic investigations of cases/outbreaks.
• Design and conduct applied epidemiologic studies.
• Manage and analyze data from surveillance and studies.
• Prepare written and oral reports for internal and external partners.
• Deliver educational presentations and trainings to diverse audiences.
• Engage with the public at health fairs and outreach events.
• Participate in grant writing and funding proposals.
• Serve as a backup to other staff as needed.
• Travel to client sites to inspect, audit, or investigate.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance of staff.
