Job summary

Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Arkansas is seeking a part-time kitchen assistant in Lincoln, AR. The role reports to the Food Service Manager and Center Director, assisting in meal preparation, setup, service, packaging for home delivery, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety, and fire prevention standards.
• Knowledge of basic principles of quantity food preparation.
• Knowledge and ability to operate all food service equipment.
• Knowledge of basic principles of portion control.

• Assist Food Service Manager in preparation of meals.
• Assist in setting up and serving meals.
