Job summary

Paycom is seeking an Operations Specialist I for the North County Office in San Marcos, CA. This full-time role supports Meals on Wheels San Diego County Services Programs by coordinating meal delivery, assisting volunteers, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Responsibilities include managing client intakes, route planning, data entry, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and safety of participants. A valid CA driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls courteously and promptly.
• Provide information about program services to prospective clients and families.
• Process new client intakes and maintain records.
• Coordinate volunteer route planning and deliveries.
• Produce and update daily route books and maps.
• Manage client meal service data and run reports.
• Assist with newsletters, orientations, and events as needed.
